【設(shè)備簡介】
本套移動破碎站為移動式二分離破碎站，處理量為每小時60-100立方，本移動破碎站是青州冠誠重工機械有限公司獨立設(shè)計制作而成，直接采用17.5米半掛車底盤改裝制作，基優(yōu)勢如下：
1、移動靈活方便，可以直接使用半掛車頭直接牽引，另附帶了一套牽引轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)，可以使用其它牽引車輛牽引；
2、上料系統(tǒng)采用振動料倉+振動給料機上料方式，振動料倉上層篦子可以首先篩選出較大的不合格石塊，有效減少料斗及振動篩磨損，提高了工作效率；振動給料機可以防止堵料，并且保障均勻連續(xù)給料；
3、振動篩采用雙層篩網(wǎng)，上層為25#耐磨圓鋼，下層為聚氨酯耐磨篩網(wǎng)
Introduction
This movable crushing and screening station is to classify the material into 2sizes and capacity is 60-100m3/h,it’s designed by Qingzhou Guancheng heavy industrial machinery co.,ltd,base plate made from 17.5m semi-trailer base plate,the advantage:
1.it can be moved or drove by trailer engine easily,and another set of driving and directions system to be additional,it can be driven by another car or trailer.
2. The vibrating feed hopper and shaking feeder ,the screen of vibrating feed hopper can prevent the big stone from getting into the machine,it can reduce the abrasion,make it work more efficiently,the shaking feeder keep it off clogging of material and well distributed to be transported.
3.Vibrating screen using 2layer mesh,the first layer is using 25# round steel,the 2nd layer with polyurethane screen mesh.
